He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zacovic and Bertha Drews; his wife Antionette Zacovic; his siblings, Charles, Carolyn and Doris; and his great grandchild Sylvie Zacovic.

He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Zacovic, Ralph Zacovic (Bonnie) and Paul Zacovic (Jodi); his grandchildren, Joseph, Tassja (Gary), Steven, Alexandra, Sam, Brenna and Blake (Branda); his great grandchildren, Bryan, Brett, Braylen and Jayden; and his sisters, Darlene and Joy.
