He was predeceased by : his grandmother Doll; and his cousin Jason Barrett. He is survived by : his parents, Barbara Welch (Gary) and Maylon Buckingham; his sister Christina Reid (Greg); his nephew Christian Reid; his niece Brielle Reid; his aunt Faye Barrett; and his cousins, Richard, William Barrett and Kathy Chaffe.
