He was predeceased by : his mother Diane Locklar; and his brother-in-law Brad Roe. He is survived by : his father Frank Locklar; his significant other Scott Roe; his siblings, Pam Locklar, Tami Finley and Scott Locklar; and his siblings-in-law, Tim Roe and Sheila Harris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
