She was predeceased by: her former husband Harry McAdams; her husband Edmond Hale; and her stepdaughter Lisa Chilton. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Higgins, Michael McAdams (Cheryl), Marcus McAdams (Holly), Terry Hale (Diane), Judy Smith (Keith), Kevin Hale (LeAnne) and Troy Hale (Laura); her grandson Joshua Higgins (Casey); her children, Lindsey Runion (Jon), Seth McAdams (Cara), Blake McAdams (Lexie) and Rachel McAdams; her great grandchild Sunny; her grandchildren, Cooper, Piper, Noah, Hazel, Henry, Zoey, Walker and Madison; her stepgrandchildren, Tiffany Crews, Kinsley Dotson, Mickey Hale (Sarah), Emilie Hamilton (Whit) and Anna Sitzler (Kyle); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Aidan, Collin, Simon, Palmer, Charles, Henry, Eleanor and Olivia.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Grace Baptist Church (1510 Old Hickory Blvd, Nashville, TN 37207). A burial will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery (7931 McCrory Ln, Nashville, TN 37221).
