With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Hiram Briggs in Hendersonville, Tennessee, born in Greenbrier, Tennessee, who passed away on December 3, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joe Briggs, Curnie Briggs, Jewel Sprouse, Myra Mae West, Ruth Barber and Marie Bowers; and his great grandchild Blaine Hulshof.
He is survived by: his wife Jone D. Briggs; his children, Robert Briggs Jr. and Beth Collinge (Mark); his grandchildren, Allison Briggs, Kristen Hulshof, Erin Colligne and Cameron Collinge; his great grandchild Bauer Hulshof; and his siblings, Jimmy Briggs, Jayne Gibbs and Wayne Briggs.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to The Backpack Ministry at Hendersonville First Baptist Church or The Samaritan Center of Hendersonville.
