He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paul Lindsay, MD and Margaret Colsher Lindsay; and his sister Ann Lindsay Holaday. He is survived by: his wife Gaile Shepherd Lindsay; and his children, Gary Lindsay and Glenda Ann Lindsay of Nashville.
