She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert C. Dean and Irene Hunter Dean; her husband Rufus Peppers, Jr.; and her granddaughter Vanessa Griffee. She is survived by: her children, Janet Vaghy of Paris, Carol Geehring (Jeffrey) of Paris, Doug Peppers (Melissa) of Paris and Mark Peppers of Paris; her grandchildren, Megan Treber (Matt), Marisa Ann Vaghy, Jarrett Griffee (Brandi), Jeremy Geehring, W. Anthony Peppers (Bethany), Ryan Peppers, Kara Elsner (Mark), Hannah Peppers, Dillon Baccus, Courtney Thomasson (Joseph) and Blair Peppers (Jessica); and her siblings, Helen McElroy of Bremen, IN and Charles Dean of South Bend, IN.. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
