He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Walker Curtis and Ola Casteel Curtis; his wife Naomi Smith Curtis; his siblings, Louise Curtis Jones and William Roy Curtis; and his grandchildren, Loyd Kent Curtis, Jr. and Taylor Leann McCullough.
He is survived by : his children, Kent Curtis (Rita) of Shelbyville, Karen Smith (Barry) of Shelbyville, Karlene Curtis of Shelbyville, Teresa Robertson of Lewisburg and Keith Curtis (Dana) of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Jennifer Smith, Stephanie Martin (Michael), Christopher Smith, Amanda Morgan (Timothy Eschbach), Julie Woods, Gracie Curtis and Buck Curtis; and his siblings, Clayton Curtis, Elizabeth Warren and Mary Jo Gibbs (George). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
