He is survived by: his brother John Smith; his wife Janice Witherspoon (Eggers); his mother Sue Witherspoon of Paris; his siblings, Janice Buckle (Tommy) of Henry and Terry Witherspoon (Jackie) of Paris; his siblings-in-law, Mark Eggers (Kathleen) of Saratoga Springs, NY, David Eggers (Paula) of Rochester, NY and Lisa Little (Stephen) of Jackson, TN.; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by several nieces, great nieces, nephews, and great nephews.
