He is survived by: his sister Ruth Boles of Hilham, TN; his nephews, Eddie Dwayne Boles (Donna) of Hilham, TN and Joe Donald Boles (Pam) of Hilham, TN; his great-nieces, Jessica Hayes of Celina, TN and Katelyn Boles of Hilham, TN; and also Amaya Hayes of Celina, TN.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the McDonald Cemetery.
