It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Edward Harrell (Hillsboro, Tennessee), born in Manchester, Tennessee, who passed away on February 16, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Clinton Harrell and Annie Pearl Brown Harrell; his granddaughter Stephanie Miller; and his siblings, Bud Harrell, Elizabeth Kennedy, Della Cooper and Louise Vandergriff.

He is survived by : his brothers, Implement Mill and Stewarts Feed Mill.
