She was predeceased by: her husband Sydney Pearson Wood; her parents, Herman Golston Forrester and Minnie Lewis Forrester; her parents-in-law, Sydney Hewitt Wood, MD and Myra Pearson Wood; and her nephew Paul Tatum.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Wood Davis (Cary P. Davis) and Leslie Wood Tamashiro (Guy K. Tamashiro); her grandchildren, Ryan Davis (Alison) of Chattanooga, Tyler Davis (Christina) of Chattanooga, Annalyse Tamashiro of Boston, MA, Sarah Davis of New York City, NY and Sydney Tamashiro of Starkville, MS; her great grandchild Avienna Davis of Chattanooga; her sister Patricia Forrester Tatum; her brother-in-law Earl Tatum of Aiken, SC; her sibling's children, Judy Tatum, Jane Napear, David Tatum (Karen), Greg Tatum, Stuart Napear (Lori) and Grant Napear; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Julia Tatum, Maria Tatum, Danielle Napear, Emily Napear, Trent Napear and Chase Napear.
