She was predeceased by: her husband Lewis Puryear; her parents, Mack Morrell and Nora Morrell; her siblings, Margaret Morrell, Mary Lee Boyd, J. M. Morrell, Albert Morrell and Billy Morrell; and her friend Fay Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Jan McBryar, Marty Puryear and Michael Puryear (Jan Puryear); her sisters, Lindy Booher, Peggy Trivette-Fields and Nell Stewart; her grandsons, Chad, Dylan, Geoff, Jordan, Brett and Brennan; her friend Fred Johnson; and her nephews, Don Puryear Jr. and Dr. Jeff Booher.
