He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul William Higdon and Bobby Jean Higdon; and his brother Paul Wayne Higdon. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Higdon; his children, Todd Higdon (Kami) and Teresa Westmoreland; his grandchildren, Heather Westmoreland, Katelyn Burns, Blas Westmoreland, Drew Guinn and Darian Redden; his great grandchildren, Sebastian, Jasmyn, Raelyn and Liam; and his sisters, Betty McCudy and Kathy Lovern (Randy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
