He is survived by: his children, Randy Churchwell (Renee) of Union City, TN and Lisa Pogue (Andy) of Columbia, TN; his granddaughter Jennifer Jordan (Dallas) of Union City, TN; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Zach and Julianna Jordan of Union City, TN.; and his siblings, Mary Ann Churchwell of Hohenwald, Birdie Jo Baker of Hohenwald, J. W. Churchwell of Hohenwald, J. B. Churchwell of Hohenwald and J. L. Churchwell of Hohenwald.
