She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Bowen and Babe Bowen (Taylor); and her spouse Oxford Staggs, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Vincent Ray Staggs of Shelbyville, TN; and her sister Mary Emery of Arkansas.
