It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eddie Hollingsworth Jr. of Holladay, Tennessee, who passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Veronica Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his parents, Eddie Wright Hollingsworth (Ronda) of Holladay, Tennessee and Patricia Hollingsworth of Huntingdon, Tennessee; his daughters, Gemme McArdle (Anthony) of Camden and Emily Hollingsworth of Camden, Tennessee; his brother Jamie Hollingsworth (Dalayna Hastings) of Camden, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Aidan Hollingsworth, Shyloh McArdle, Lennon McArdle, Taven Coleman, Laikyn McArdle, Haven Coleman and Evermoore McArdle; and his sibling's children, Kamal Hollingsworth, Ashton Mitchell (Rachel Webb), Trey Mitchell (Christie Smothers), Meal Leavitt, Jamie Hollingsworth Jr. and Samantha Hollingsworth.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dilday-Carter Funeral Home (650 High St, Huntingdon, TN 38344). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Dilday - Carter Funeral (650 High St, Huntingdon, TN 38344).
