It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nickie Jan Dale Radka of Holladay, Tennessee, born in Ames, Iowa, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse Dallas Nichols and Janis Hazel Webb Nichols. She is survived by : her children, Schuyler Nichols of Bowling Green, KY, Megan McCarn (Tate) and Alyson Perry (Alex) of Big Sandy, TN; her brothers, Jesse Nichols (Bev) of Paris, TN and Dan Nichols (Angela) of Buchanan, TN; her grandchildren, Karson McCarn and Karter McCarn; and her mother-in-law Nancy Radka.
