It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carroll Payne of Hornbeak, Tennessee, born in Union City, Tennessee, who passed away on June 19, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Owne Payne and Annie Ruth Anderson (Caldwell). He is survived by : his sons, James Fisher of Paducah and Jason Payne; and his sister Dorothy Varn Hagen of Vanderbilt, Mi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
