He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Fuller Guy; and his brother Col. George S. Guy. He is survived by: his children, Karen L. Guy, Judy F. Guy of Old Hickory, TN and Dr. Charles B. Guy, Jr. (Linda Roberts Guy) of Heber Springs, AR; his grandchildren, William Cayce Guy, Charles Andrew Guy and Niki Danielson Guy Arango (Juan Camilo Arango); and his great grandchildren, Sofia Louise Arango and Emily Lis Arango.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the West Tennessee Regional Arts Center or First Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Humboldt.
