He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Shivers and Annie Mae Barnett Shivers. He is survived by: his sisters, Martha Champion and Beatrice Cole; his spouse Lonnie Bell; his son Noel Jr.; and his sisters, Carrie Broyles, Mary Epperson (Daniel) of Humboldt, TN and Linda Weisel. He is also survived by other sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and friends.
Private immediate family services, due to the Covid-19 outbreak, for Mr. Noel Shivers will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Humboldt, TN.
