She is survived by: her children, Keisha Shutes, Cynthia Kamateh of Milan, TN, Lois Morris, Deirdre Cox and Danielle Sullivan of Nashville, TN; her friends, Paula Burns, Shirley Carter, Marvin Tayor, Tammy Floyd-Wade, Debbie Hale-Mays, Zelodius Wardlow, Evelyn Smith, Kathy Smith and Wanda Floyd; her sister-in-law Maryann King; her husband Eddie Lee Cox of Humboldt, TN; her children, Sherri Cox, Fowler of Jackson, TN, Deirde Cox, Alonda Cox, James Cox, Billy Cox of Humboldt, TN, Terri Cox-Moore of Watertown, NY and Eddie Wayne Cox of Union City, TN; and her sisters, Sally Crayton (John) and Christine Bonds (James) of Milan, TN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many other family members.
Private immediate family services, due to the Covid-19 outbreak, for Mrs. Sarah Cox, will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at St. James Baptist Church in Humboldt, TN.
