We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2021, at the age of 88, Carl William Barger of Huntingdon, Tennessee, born in Rhea County, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Barger and Lula Barger; his brother Raymond Barger; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Sharp Whitehead and Bobby Swafford (Shirley).
He is survived by: his wife Doris Sharp Barger; his children, Vicki Barger Taylor (JR) of Hixson and Keith Carl Barger (Alison) of Memphis; his sister Shirley Barger Swafford of Maryville; his grandchildren, Brian Taylor of Hixson, Angie Taylor Hawkins (Chris) of Hixson, John Martin Barger of Memphis and William Barger of Memphis; his great grandchildren, Conner Hawkins of Hixson and Kyndal Hawkins of Hixson; and his brother-in-law Frederick Sharp (Freddy) of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
