McQuisten (Jackie) of Cookeville; his siblings, Melba Tate of Huntingdon, Sara E. Haley of Milan and James Haley of Michigan; his grandchildren, Stacey Hart, Joshua Haynes, Karrah Maxwell, Alle Maxwell, Libby Maxwell, Caitlen Maxwell, Liam Maxwell and Brock McQuisten; and his great grandchildren, Remyia Hart, Jaiden Hart, Anna Bell Maxwell, Alexander Maxwell, Able Davis and Skyler Haynes.
