He is survived by: his fiancée Cayla Sutton of Huntingdon; his sons, Nick Neely (Sinda) of Lexington and Derrick Neely (Erica) of Grand Rapids; and his siblings, Reathie Adcox (David) of Huntingdon, Ruby Herron (Greg) of Hollow Rock, Vicky Hendrix (Ronnie) of Darden, Teresa Plunkett (Paul) of Alabama, Wayne Neely of Ashland City, Randy Neely (Sharon) of Olmsted, Jody Neely (Denise) of Baxter and Ray Neely (Terry) of Virginia. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
