He is survived by: his children, Kim Hollingshead of Huntingdon, Kathy Roberts of Huntingdon and Kevin Hollingshead (Amanda) of Clarksburg; and his grandchildren, Brittany Brown, Tristan Roberts, Brooke Roberts, Chad Hollingshead and Chase Hollingshead.
