Lester Johnson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lester Johnson of Huntingdon, Tennessee, who passed away on October 25, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Webb and Ada Johnson; his former wife Bettye Jean Johnson; his siblings, Mary Sue Parker, Manon Barnett, Ollie Walker, Emma Jean Nesbitt, Gerald Hampton, Fred Johnson, Willie C. Johnson, J. C. Webb, Sr. and James Johnson; his children, Sandra Nadine Porter and Kenneth Ray Hampton; his grandson Joseph Lee Willis; and his stepchildren, Terry and Timothy Arnold.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Johnson; his children, Jeannie Mays (Steve), Linda Willis, Lester Undra Johnson, Robert Johnson (Carolyn), Charles Johnson (Jacqueline) and Corey Johnson (Kim); his siblings, Mattie Jamison (Ivey), Patricia Webb, Tice Hampton (Geneva), Buford Webb (Annie), Arthur Webb (Stephanie), Riley Webb (Kim) and Jessie Webb (Cynthia); and his stepchildren, Rodney Arnold, Darryl Arnold, Millicent Albert (Elie), Gregory Loundon, Clyde Loundon (Phyllis) and Sonya Nugent (Earnest). He is also survived by 20 grandkids, a host of great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
