She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Valcor Elihu and Josie Lewis Jarrett; her daughter Tara; her brother Gary Earl Jarrett; and her children, Lance Dubsky (Debra) of Woodbridge and Joan Neighbors (David) of Jefferson City, MO.. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
