He is survived by: his father Joe Johnson of Springville, Tennessee; his girlfriend Kathy Hines of Huntingdon, Tennessee; his children, Allison Langley (Clay) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Nick Johnson, Jr. (Corrie) of Murray, Kentucky; his siblings, Susan Parker of Paris, Tennessee, Ricky Johnson of Paris and Rocky Johnson of Union City, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Olivia Johnson, Violet Johnson, Clara Johnson, Lucy Pearl Johnson, Charlotte Johnson, Astrid Langley and Elliott Langley.
