He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashley Boyd and Vickie Hodge (Dykes); his siblings, Michael Hodge and Angie Elkins; and his niece Delana Rodgers.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hodge; his children, Shonda Eskew (Gary) of Huntingdon and Shannon Ray Hodge (Tricia) of Christiana, Tennessee; his sister Joyce Rodgers of Huntingdon; his sister-in-law Vicki Robins (Billy) of Camden; and his sibling's children, Adam Rodgers, Heather Taylor (Michael) and Brittany Crouch (Brett).
