She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Robert Burton "R. B." and Sara E. Wilson (McGill). She is survived by: her husband James Michael McCarty; her children, Hollins McCarty of Huntingdon, Seth McCarty (Christy) and James "Will" McCarty; and her grandson Taylor McCarty.
