He was predeceased by: his siblings, Leonard Bell, Wayne Bell, Wilburn Dale Bell, Blondell Seiber and Opal Pruett.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Surrette (Derrick) of Clinton, MS and Eric Bell (Wendy) of Huntingdon; his sister Brenda Bell of Huntingdon; and his grandchildren, Chaisee Bell, Keslyn Bell and Leah Belle Surrette.
