He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bailey and Eva Estelle Spoon Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Sue Bailey of Huntingdon, Tennessee; his daughter Melissa Swinea (Matt) of McKenzie, Tennessee; his sister Shirley Ragsdale of Raleigh; and his grandchildren, Evan Bailey, Alex Bailey and Ashlyn Swinea.
