He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenza Dow Justice, Jr. and Betty Jo Justice (Parsley); his brother Donald Justice; and his stepfather William Maynard. He is survived by: his wife Paulette Justice; his daughter Renae Justice-Wyatt of Huntingdon; his siblings, Cathy Shaw of San-Antonio, Shelly Beard of Huntingdon and Kent Justice of Wildersville; and his grandchildren, Westley, Evan and Millie Jo.
