He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Bacon Maddox and Margaret Laverne Maddox (Hogins). He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Maddox (Williams); his children, Monica Maddox, Derrick Maddox of Bartlett and Devin Maddox (Becky) of Bartlett; his sisters, Margaret Sue Pinner (Gary) of Brighten and Mary Lou Booth (Danny) of Memphis; his sister-in-law Virginia Brown of Bartlett; and his granddaughter AnnaBeth Maddox.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Huntingdon Church of Christ or a charity of your choice.
