He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Otha Mann; his grandmother Weaver Mann; his wife Patsy Gates Mann; his siblings, Guyneth Mann, Ruth Simmons and Carl Mann; his children, Tammy Sellers (Terry) of Huntingdon and Dale Mann (Paula Thompson) of Camden; his sisters, Gladys Mann of Huntingdon and Ann Hopper (Wes) of Hollow Rock; and his grandchildren, Ryan Mann (Sallie), E. J. Mann (Nikki) and Rachel Sellers. He was also cherished by 5 great-grandchildren.
