She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Carlisle and Rena Carlisle (Fanning); her husband David Malcom Locke; and her brother Paul Carlisle. She is survived by: her children, Karen Booton of Huntland, Phillip Locke (Ruth Ann) of Tullahoma, Brett Locke (Brenda) of Huntland and Christopher Locke of Huntland; and her grandchildren, Jeffery Stephens, Jennifer Stephens, Savannah Locke, Steven Locke (Amanda), Bradley Locke (Beth) and Bryan Locke (Kimmi). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
