He is survived by : his wife Phyllis; his children, Jerry Holmes (Jennifer) of Limestone, Maine, Kathy DeRouchey (Bill) of Cheyenne, Wyoming and Nancy Pollard of Lexington, TN; and his brothers, Floyd of Colorado Springs and Donald of Caribou, Maine. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
