He is survived by : his parent Nannie Turner Leis; his children, James Michael Leis of Middletown, OH and Tammy Taylor (Donnie); his sisters, Linda Pieratt of Indian Mound, TN, Barbara Clark (Gerald) and Debra Marsh (Rick); and his grandchildren, Hailey Taylor, Eric Taylor and Andy Leis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
