He was predeceased by: his brother Daniel Bates. He is survived by: his parents, Leroy Morgan and Crystal Leah Garrett Morgan; his sisters, Caryn Heitz (Eric) of Knoxville and Vicki Keith of Benton, KY; and his aunt Vicki Lowe. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Martin Wilson Funeral Home (305 E Beech St, LaFollette, TN 37766). A masonic service will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 3:45 PM at the same location.
