With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Bobbie Faye Barnett of Jackson, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Bobbie Faye left this world on June 3, 2025 at the age of 98, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lon D. Stanfill and Avorilla Trice Stanfill; her husband Lloyd Ray Barnett; her sons, Ricky Barnett and Robin Barnett; and her siblings, Lonnie Earle Hudson, Allie Williams, Ima Hartley and Joe Trice Stanfill.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Barnett (Charlene) and Rilla Staples (Randy); her grandchildren, Michelle Stamey, Blake Staples, Brooke Pugh (Thomas), Lauren Hatley (Marc), Colin Barnett, Evan Barnett (Theresa) and Jake Fain (Erin); her sons-in-law, Randy Staples and Lynn Jackson; and her nephews, Jim Williams and Bill Williams. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons (2812 N Highland Ave, Jackson, TN 38305). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
