She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Blackwell and Hazel Hayran James Blackwell; and her husband Henry Reeves. She is survived by: her children, Andy T. Banks (Susan), Billie Forrest (Marty) and Phyllis Ann Banks. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
