She was predeceased by : her parents, Herman Hensley and Elsie Westbrooks Hensley; her husband Edward Lee Ballard; and her sister Joyce White. She is survived by : her children, Lori Shelton (Jerrod) of Alamo, TN, Scott Ballard (Malaika) of Columbia and Jerry Ballard (Christa) of Columbia; and her grandchildren, Luke Shelton, Max Ballard, Molly Shelton, Abby Ballard, Ally Ballard, Jake Ballard and Annie Ballard.
