He is survived by: his wife Sue Campbell; his children, Tim Blevins (Cassie) and Mary Conatser (Eddie); his children-in-law, Scotty Ray and Jaime Blevins; his children, Zach Blevins and Martha Ray; and his brothers, Ruble, Cletis, Clifton, Condy, Melvin and Leo Campbell. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren & 2 Great-Grandchildren.
