Duvall of Byrdstown and Shawn C. Fravel of Jamestown; and his siblings, Samuel H. Fravel of Cumberland Md, Douglas V. Fravel of Maryland, Steven W. Fravel of Winnabow, Katherine A. Fravel Dinterman of Harpers Ferry, Linda K. Fravel, Joan D. Fravel and James R. Fravel III of Knoxville Md. He is also survived by husband and father and big brother, he had many of Aunts and Uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
