She was predeceased by: her husband Hugh A. Howard; her parents, Floyd Clark and Mae Reynolds Clark; her siblings, Floyd Clark, Jr. and Nettie Clark; her children, Johnny, Hugh Allen Jr., Barbara Faye Kelly and Martha Sue Baker; and her sons-in-law, Ed Kelly and James Shafer.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Debby Johnson (William), Brenda Webb (Jason) and John Kelly (Christy). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
