He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Coffelt and Virginia Graham. He is survived by: his wife Angie; his children, Matthew, Justin, Zachery, Brittiney, Miranda, Brandi and Brandon; his siblings, Terry Coffelt (Betty) and Debbie Meeks (Danny); his nephew Brandon Champion (Alicia); and his niece Hannah Wade (Jarrod). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends.
