She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Manly and Evelyn Manly Foster; and her brother Ray Manley. She is survived by : her husband Bobby Joe Phillips; her children, Karen Lee (Stephen) and Brad Phillips (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Brittany Walker (Warren), Tyler Coffey Chesney (Allie) and Joe Phillips (Malai); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Sean, Beau Walker, Kellen and Creed Coffey; her siblings, Don Manly (Mary Beth) and Jean Garrett; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Manley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
