She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Duncan Balch and Anne Ellison Balch. She is survived by: her husband Jim Hearn; her son Ellison Berryhill (Megan); her stepchildren, J. M. Hearn III and Michelle Martin-Trotter; her siblings, Jane Burns (Paul) and Thad Balch (Nancy); her nephews, Taylor Mayfield, P. B. Burns, Nathan Balch and Dwayne Daniel (Joanie); her niece Brandi England; and her friend Jim.
