He was predeceased by: his parents, Brady Skeen and Augusta Skeen; his wife Voretta Swatzell Skeen; his siblings, Roy, Maurice, Jimmy, Brady, Pauline, Mary, Judy, Hazel and Peggy; and his son-in-law Randy Reece.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Jones (Fred), Sherri Reece, Terri Reinhardt (James) and Regina Greene (Steve). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hamblen Memory Gardens (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814).
